These terms and conditions are provided by Acorn Property Preservation Ltd. (referred to as ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ in these terms) and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
Description of Products
Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website. Price savings are evaluated on prices charged for previous 30 days or manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
Before goods dispatched
Cancellations can be made prior to your order being despatched, please contact us at email@example.com
Please note that special orders cannot be cancelled once placed. After we receive a payment for a special order we submit the order to the supplier. At that point, the order is final and we will ship the part(s) when the order arrives.
After goods dispatched
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days from the date of delivery. There is no return on liquid items.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You must obtain proof of posting in case of the item being lost in the transit.
The item/s returned must be unused, in its original packing and must arrive in a condition suitable for resale. Special offers and ‘kits’ are only returnable in full not in part. All goods must be returned to our address. Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging.
If the right to cancel is exercised, customers have the option of requesting a refund of the price of the goods or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.
The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to orders for any goods made to your specification.
If the right to cancel is exercised, Property Care Ireland will make every effort to refund any monies within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Refunds of any monies will be made through the payment method used when the goods were purchased.
For products which sustain accidental damage we will be happy to provide a quote for repairs to the product. In these circumstances, you will be responsible for meeting any carriage charges.
All products sold on this site comply with either EU or UK safety regulations.
